What we collect

When you submit a booking or contact form we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, subject, course, and preferred session times. We do not collect payment card numbers — payments are handled via Venmo outside of this site.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to inquiries, schedule tutoring sessions, send booking confirmations and reminders, and improve our service. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage

Booking and contact data is stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database service. Transactional emails are sent via Resend. Both services are used only for the purposes described above.

Email communications

By submitting a booking request you consent to receive booking-related emails from Gator Science Tutoring (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups). You may request removal from our mailing list at any time by emailing us.

Cookies

This site uses a single session cookie for the admin dashboard. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at gatorsciencetutoring@gatorsciencetutoring.com.
